What is the aim/objective? 
Aims: The creation and development of national innovation and technology transfer; To sustain the social and economic development by: providing access to technological performance, developing innovative environment , introduction of cality assurence system and developping the human resources. Objectives: -Promoting a favorable environment for innovation and uptake of new technologies in all sectors of the national economy ; - Encouraging competitiveness in a globalized international trade enterprises ; - Identify new business opportunities; - Achieve rapid transfer of information and technology in the economy; - Improving , strengthening businesses, professional conversion and generate new jobs; - Support staff research or higher education for the development of innovative SMEs and spin -offs ; - Attracting investors to apply the results of CD ; - Assurance services : specialized assistance and technical advice to apply / purchase of technology , technology assessment and technical audit , information technology , design, development and maintenance of specialized databases ; - Support promotional activities specific to S&T field( scientific editing literature and promotional materials , trade fairs and exhibitions, etc. . ) - Support services for inventors in IPR ;
