What is the aim/objective? 
To boost competitiveness and productivity of Lithuanian enterprises and increase share of high value-added sector in GDP. Encourage cooperation between small and medium enterprises (hereinafter SMEs) and science in Lithuania. It is a small credit that entitles SME’s to buy R&D expertise or knowledge from research and educational institutions.

Supported activities: Research (industrial or applied research); Technological development (experimental or development, design and technological works); Technical feasibility studies. Innovation voucher helps to ensure for business and scientific co-operation, speed up research and knowledge transfer and innovative business ideas and commercialization of research results. Companies are encouraged to use the latest scientific achievements and research. SMEs apply for Innovation Voucher, which may be used to purchase a service from science and studies institution from a preaproved list.

Financing for one SME’s subject - is an innovation voucher with a value of 10,000 litas, the de minimis amount of 100% or 20,000 litas, the de minimis amount of 75% and the rest of the de minimis aid is covered by the SME’s entity at their own expense.
What is the co-financing/maximum rate allowed by the instrument/policy (if appl.)? 
Aid intensity is 80%, the maximum value of Innovation voucher is LTL 20,000 in which case state provides LTL 16,000
