What is the aim/objective? 
OSEO Innovation aims to support industrial development and growth through innovation (especially technological innovation) and to contribute to technology transfer. Its mission focuses on growth of innovative enterprises. OSEO covers three areas of activity : Support to innovation and funding : support to innovative projects, technology transfer, creation of innovative companies, profit-sharing loans, support for recruitment in innovation Funding investments and operating cycle alongside the banks. Guaranteeing funding granted by banks and equity capital investors.
Give an overview of the instrument 
The National Agency for Commercialisation/Valorisation of Research (ANVAR) was created in 1967 with a public status. Its mission at that time was to commercialise the results of scientific and technical research carried out by the public and private sectors. Several changes appears sinc a few years and the ANVAR became OSEO ANVAR and then OSEO Innovation.
